BY ROAD FROM LONDON
Take the A127 towards Southend. Continue to the Roundabout signposted towards Southend Town Centre. Take the first exit at the roundabout signposted Rochford (Manners Way). Continue to next roundabout. Take 4th exit onto Rochford Road. Continue to mini roundabout. Take first exit and continue straight ahead. Turn right into Riverside Industrial Estate (exit immediately over bridge past Horse and Groom Public House, entrance is next to Fire Station). Immediately after Fire Station turn left into courtyard car park.
BY RAIL FROM LONDON
Liverpool Street Station to Rochford, approximately 50 minutes journey time. Leave station and turn right into Southend Road. After approximately 5 minutes cross the road opposite the Rochford Fire Station and enter the Riverside Industrial Estate.
